This session is for people who are interested in learning tips to influence an organization’s culture as a Talent Development professional.

During this session you will:

  • Learn what is culture and how talent development influences it
  • Learn how culture can be created through a deliberate process
  • Learn how to have more influence in your organization
  • Network and share with each our experiences with what worked and what didn’t
AGENDA:
